Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo has been described as a “shining example of leadership” for his loyalty, humility and trustworthiness, as his administration continues to pursue development projects across the state.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Oladele John Nihi, the governor’s special adviser on youth and student matters, said Ododo had demonstrated a rare ability to sustain cordial relations with his predecessor, Yahaya Bello, as well as former governors and key political stakeholders.
Nihi said the approach had helped to foster an atmosphere of peace and stability in Kogi, which he described as critical for sustained progress.
He praised Ododo’s commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises, saying the governor remained focused on improving governance and delivering meaningful transformation across the state.
“Governor Ododo’s leadership style is a breath of fresh air,” the statement said, expressing confidence that Kogi would “achieve greater heights” under his leadership.
The adviser called on residents to support the governor’s agenda, stressing the need for collective effort to build a state with improved access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.
He said the administration would continue to pursue its vision for a brighter future for Kogi State.
